Paint Correction

Most "faded paint"
is just scratches.

Thousands of fine marks from washing build up into a haze you only notice in direct sun. Machine polishing cuts through it and brings the paint back.

What it is

Machine polishing, done in stages.

A rotary or dual-action polisher levels the clear coat by a few microns, cutting below the depth of swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation and water spotting. What's left is smooth, and smooth reflects light evenly instead of scattering it into a haze.

This is also the prep step before film or a coating. Anything laid over swirled paint locks those swirls in for as long as the product lasts — which is why we don't skip it, and why prep is priced into PPF and ceramic jobs rather than bolted on after.

Stage 1

Single-Stage Gloss Polish

Removes light marring and maximises luster. The right call for a car that's washed carefully and hasn't picked up deep damage — most cars under a year or two old.

What happens

Wash to finish.

1. Decontamination wash. The car is washed and clayed first, lifting embedded contamination a normal wash misses — brake dust, tar spots, industrial fallout. Polishing over a contaminated surface just drags grit across the paint.

2. Test section. We run a small test area first to confirm how the paint responds and confirm which stage it actually needs before committing to the whole car.

3. Machine polishing. Panel by panel, cutting back the clear coat to remove the defects, then refining to bring the gloss back.

4. Wipe-down and inspection. A final wipe-down removes polishing residue and we check every panel under proper light before calling it done.
